Lavine, Lofgren, Morris & Engelberg, LLP announces that Victor Shlionsky has joined the firm as a tax director.

Shlionsky has more than 12 years of experience providing income and estate tax planning services to high net worth individuals and closely held business. He specializes in guiding clients through their estate, charitable, cash flow and business succession needs. He also has extensive experience with complex real estate matters.

Shlionsky is a member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA), the California Society of CPAs (CalCPA) and the San Diego North County Estate Planning Council.

A frequent lecturer, Shlionsky has presented to CalCPA, the American Bar Association, and the Beverly Hills Bar Association on tax saving opportunities with out-of-state trusts. He has also published numerous income and estate tax planning articles.

Shlionsky received his Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting, finance and management from Loyola Marymount University and holds a Masters in Taxation from California State University, Northridge.

Prior to joining LLME, Shlionsky was a senior tax manager at Moss Adams.
