With a practice spanning 14 years, Lees has substantial experience in business, real estate and taxation law, representing families, individuals and businesses in personal and corporate transactional matters, as well as both buyers and sellers in acquisitions and divestitures of businesses, real estate and capital assets. He is also well versed in preparing and negotiating formation and operative documents for corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies, including complex joint ventures and investment funds.
Lees has been involved with Jewish Family Service of San Diego (JFS) for nearly a decade and has served as a board member for the past four years. He also serves on the Professional Advisory Committee of the Jewish Community Foundation. Lees is a member of the Scripps Ranch Old Pros and serves on the board of directors of the University of Arizona Alumni Association’s San Diego Chapter.
