NAIOP San Diego, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, will install Hines Managing Director Eric Hepfer as its 2022 chapter president.
Transitioning from his previous roles as president-elect and co-chair of the legislative committee, Hepfer is well positioned to lead the chapter. Priority initiatives for the year include:
- Superior events that can be achieved via a virtual and live platforms
- Get to know our new Mayor and City Council events
- NAIOP San Diego’s world class University Challenge event
- The Developing Leaders mentorship program
- A downtown walking tour
- A Life Science Summit, Multifamily Updates and Lunch & Learns
- NAIOP San Diego’s charity golf tournament, walk to end homelessness and NAIOPalooza, which will all be back in full force this fall
“Despite restrictions imposed by the pandemic, NAIOP San Diego continued to provide value to its members, both through internally organized efforts and by partnering with other leading membership groups and educational institutions,” said Hepfer. “Most of my best relationships in the industry came from my involvement with NAIOP, and I look forward to our chapter continuing to provide these opportunities in 2022 for others as well.”
