VM Law Expands Roster of Attorney Investigators
Jasmin Darron, joining the Firm as an Attorney Investigator, conducts impartial investigations for public and private workplaces, K-12 schools and college campuses with a focus on Title IX issues. Trained in trauma-informed interviews, Jasmin excels in connecting with witnesses to ease the investigation process. Her vast legal experience spans class-action wage and hour cases, public sector disputes and employment practices liability insurance coverage matters.
She earned her law degree from USC Gould School of Law and her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. She also completed a fellowship with the American Board of Trial Advocates and holds a certificate from the Association of Workplace Investigators.
Kamon Naddaf brings over two decades of diverse legal experience to her role as Attorney Investigator at VM Law. With a background in both the private and public sectors, she has extensive experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in class-action litigation, handling complex commercial matters and counseling clients on large-scale eDiscovery management. Kamon’s tenure as an attorney for the Ninth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California sharpened her analytical skills and impartiality. She also ventured into the entertainment industry and lends her insights as a television writer to the Firm.
She earned her law degree from the University of California, Berkeley Law School and received her undergraduate degree from UC Berkeley, double majoring in political science and rhetoric.
Sereena Singh, a skilled employment law attorney with over a decade of experience, joins the Firm as Attorney Investigator. To her investigations-centered practice, Sereena brings a wealth of knowledge representing employees in complex and highly sensitive matters relating to wage and hour violations, sexual harassment, discrimination and retaliation disputes. She has led numerous class actions in state and federal courts for public and private sector workers.
She has held leadership positions in organizations advocating for women’s rights and diversity, including the California Employment Lawyers Association and Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles. Sereena earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles and law degree from the UCLA School of Law.
Investigations-Focused Firm Grows Administrative Team
Erika Galvez joins the Firm’s Sacramento office as Administrative Assistant, supporting the Office Services and Billing departments. A lifelong Sacramento resident, Erika is passionate about serving her local community to bridge the gap between youth and civic engagement.
She volunteers as a peer coordinator in the Sacramento Area Council of Governments Youth Leadership Academy and is involved in the Sacramento Youth Commission and the Office of Youth Development. Erika attended Sacramento City College before transferring to the University of California, Davis, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in political science.
