The San Diego-based law firm Wilson Turner Kosmo, one of the largest certified women-owned firms in California, continues to strengthen its team of skilled attorneys with the additions of Patrick Allen, Evan Critchlow, Kyle Fellenz, Ana Hartman, Susan Henderson and Mary Snyder to its business, employment products liability and warranty practice groups.

Patrick Allen
Allen, senior counsel in the firm’s Employment and Class Actions practice groups, manages individual, class and representative actions on behalf of employers in state and federal court, as well as private arbitrations. With a practice encompassing all aspects of employment law and litigation, he also advises clients on employment-related issues and conducts investigations to ensure their compliance.
He earned his J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles and B.A. from the University of California, San Diego. Allen is an active member of the Employment Section of the San Diego County Bar Association and Labor and Employment Law Section of the California Lawyers Association.
Evan J. Critchlow
Joining WTK’s Product Liability and Warranty practice groups, Critchlow will represent distributors, manufacturers and retailers in breach of warranty, product liability and fraud matters in state and federal courts. He has vast experience representing Fortune 500 companies, global insurance carriers, public entities and individuals in catastrophic injury, construction defect and transportation matters.
He earned his J.D. from the University of San Diego, School of Law and B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles. While in law school, he was an extern for the Hon. William V. Gallo of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California and law clerk in the Major Frauds Section of the U.S. Attorney’s Office. He is a member of the William B. Enright Chapter of American Inns of Court, San Diego County Bar Association and San Diego County Bar Basketball League.
Kyle A. Fellenz
A senior associate in the firm’s Business Litigation, Product Liability and Warranty practice groups, Fellenz represents a breadth of clients in class actions and defends against product liability and warranty claims. He’s managed hundreds of cases from pre-litigation negotiation through trial and post-trial motions, in state and federal courts and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
He earned his J.D. from the University of San Diego, School of Law and B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara. During law school, he interned for the Hon. Laura S. Taylor of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of California. He is a member of the Louis M. Welsh Inn of Court.
Ana R. Hartman
Senior counsel in WTK’s Business Litigation and Employment practice groups, Hartman has extensive experience defending, and advising, national insurance companies, international shipping carriers and security brokerage firms on sophisticated and varied legal issues, domestically and abroad.
Hartman is a two-time graduate of the University of San Diego, earning both her J.D. from the USD School of Law and B.A. from the University of California, San Diego. She externed for the Hon. John A. Houston of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California and interned for U.S. Rep. Susan A. Davis. She is a member of the Filipino American Lawyers of San Diego.
Susan I. Henderson
An associate in the firm’s Employment Law practice group, Henderson represents employers in all employment-related matters including claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, failure to accommodate and wage and hour disputes.
She earned her J.D. from California Western School of Law and B.A. from the University of California, Riverside. She began her career in the insurance and software industries and clerked for the Hon. John A. Houston at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California after graduating from law school. She is a member of the Earl B. Gilliam Bar Association, Lawyers Club of San Diego, National Bar Association and San Diego County Bar Association.
Mary P. Snyder
Rejoining the firm as partner, Snyder brings over 20 years of litigation experience to WTK’s Business Immigration, Class Actions and Employment practice groups. A skilled trial attorney practicing in state and federal courts, before administrative tribunals and in arbitration and appellate proceedings,
Snyder exclusively represents employers in all areas of employment law. She also serves clients with business immigration needs including immigration benefits, I-9 compliance and government audits.
Snyder earned her J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School and a B.A. in Spanish, with honors, from Portland State University. A member of the American Bar Association’s Subcommittee on Federal Labor Standards Legislation, Snyder has served as the Oklahoma state chapter’s editor for the ABA’s state wage and hour law publication since 2016. She is admitted to practice law in California and Oklahoma.
