Tickets are on sale for the iconic English rock band The Moody Blues exclusive performance at Walden Family Service’s annual Wine D’Vine on Nov. 2, 2018 at the Hyatt Regency in La Jolla, California. The event benefits Walden’s programs for foster youth and children. Tickets to see the 2018 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductees are available now, but will sell out well before the event.
Concert-goers can expect an intimate evening with The Moody Blues as they perform to a limited number of guests. Celebrated by Rolling Stone as “still the Sistine Chapel of popular music,” the pioneers of symphonic rock, The Moody Blues, have sold more than 70 million albums worldwide since 1964.
“We’re so excited to have The Moody Blues play for us,” said Walden CEO Teresa Stivers. “The lyrics of their song ‘Question’ really resonates with what we’re trying to do for our kids: ‘I’m looking for someone to change my life. I’m looking for a miracle in my life.’ Wine D’Vine can give these kids that miracle.”
Past Wine D’Vine headliners include John Fogerty and Peter Frampton, both of whom performed sold-out concert sets that will be remembered as once-in-a-lifetime experiences by those who attended.
Tickets for Wine D’Vine are available for purchase at waldenfamily.org/wine-dvine-2018 for $550 per person for general concert seating or $5,500 for a general concert table of 10. There is also a limited number of VIP concert tickets available for $1,000 per person or $10,000 for a VIP concert table of 10. Tickets can also be purchased by contacting Kathryn Stephens, director of philanthropy, by phone at (619) 727-5897 or email at [email protected].
