The two-story building also has subterranean space for future laboratory and office use.
Eric Gradyan (project manager) and Kevin Flynn (superintendent) of Pacific Building Group served as the project team leaders.
Project Management Advisors (PMA) provided project management services. The architect was FPBA. Key Subcontractors included Rand Eng., CCI, South Bay Welding, American Sheet Metal, Sunset Glazing.
“We worked closely with the entire project team to construct a building that would accommodate NuVasive’s needs as a growing company and equip them with the latest in new construction and technology,” said Andre Childers, director of preconstruction for Pacific Building Group. “This marks our fourth successful project with NuVasive and reflects the fact that approximately 70 percent of our projects are with repeat clients.”
