Brixton Capital (“Brixton”), a leading private real estate investment firm, has hired Brad Barsily as Managing Director, Capital Markets. In this role, Barsily will lead Brixton’s mission-critical investor relationships to drive the firm’s continued growth in a dynamic real estate landscape.

Brad has over 25 years of experience in real estate business development and client/investor-facing leadership, with extensive knowledge executing investment strategies that include joint ventures, portfolio and entity-level recapitalizations, GP co-investments and closed-end funds.

Prior to joining Brixton, Barsily leveraged his robust investor network at Denver-based FrontRange Capital as Managing Director and Co-Head of Capital Markets. Over the last decade, Barsily also led all capital raising activities for Walker & Dunlop Investment Partners and was responsible for CBRE Capital Advisor’s U.S. institutional capital raising business.
