Los Angeles-based WAY Capital, Inc., a strategic capital market advisory firm founded by seasoned market professionals Malcolm Davies and Zachary Streit, has announced its plan to open a satellite office in Nashville, Tennessee. The new office will be led by WAY Capital’s Executive Director Drew Sandler and is set to officially open on June 1.
Located in the Gulch Crossing building at 1033 Demonbreun Street, the new office is in a local hotspot for new development. Recognized as Nashville’s premier urban neighborhood, The Gulch is not only a highly desired residential area but also a dynamic destination characterized by bustling business, food, shopping, fitness, entertainment, art and music, placing WAY Capital’s Southeast team in a prime location.
“With significant experience in real estate development, investment and advisory services in Nashville and throughout the Southeast, Sandler was a clear choice to lead the new office,” said Davies.
Sandler and the WAY Capital team are currently managing a variety of projects across the Southeast, including build-for-rent SFR development tracts, multifamily, and hospitality.
“This expansion is a continuation of WAY Capital’s strategic plan to break into new markets where the firm’s philosophies will resonate,” said Streit.
The Nashville office will allow for WAY Capital to better service new and existing clients throughout high-growth markets in the Southeastern United States. Experiencing immense growth over the past several years, the Southeast is positioned to double WAY Capital’s production volume over time.
