The Biltmore Bank of Arizona Promotes Three


PHOENIXThe Biltmore Bank of Arizona has promoted Vice President Desirae Outcalt to Vice President Relationship Manager, Lisa Friedman to Client Relations Officer/Treasury Management Sales and Nathaniel Spatz to Client Relationship Officer.

Desirae Outcalt has worked at Biltmore Bank since 2010, taking on increasingly important roles. She is responsible for developing and expanding client relationships, supporting clients with a full suite of banking and treasury management services and products and promoting the bank in the community.

Outcalt is also a founding member of Suns Charities 88, which in addition to offering members the opportunity to network and grow as professionals, also raises funds for Phoenix Suns Charities. Outcalt is also a past recipient of Arizona Business Magazine’s 40 Young Business Leaders Under 40. She resides in North Phoenix. 

Lisa Friedman started with Biltmore Bank in 2013 as a personal banker and then a financial service representative. In her new role as Client Relations Officer/Treasury Management Sales, she will assist other relationship managers by making sure clients have easy access to the bank’s online banking platform, ACH debit origination, wire transfers and other treasury management services.

Before she joined the Biltmore team, Friedman worked for several nationwide banks. She is a resident of Glendale.

Nathaniel Spatz joined Biltmore Bank in 2015 as an underwriter. In his new role, he will assist management to research and develop new customer relationships for The Biltmore Bank of Arizona as well as Grandpoint Bank and its other divisions. 

Spatz is a member of the Risk Management Association. He resides in the North Mountain neighborhood of Phoenix.
